The role involves leading innovative Large Language Model and AI-driven capabilities to enhance the OneCustomer product, collaborating with various stakeholders to reputed company AI functionalities with business objectives. Responsibilities reputed company reputed company LLM‑reputed company activities, including reputed company engineering, compliance‑rule prompts, user‑feedback integration, parameter tuning, data‑structure understanding, model/API version upgradesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand the requirements and objectives for reputed company product release, and reputed company AI capabilities with business goalsPartner with reputed company, Medical, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business knowledge into effective system prompts and system behaviors, applying few‑shot learning, updating domain ontologies, and continuously refining models and prompts based on stakeholder feedback. Manage reputed company databases and knowledge graphs supporting AI and RAG workflowsImplement and operate observability systems, covering monitoring, logging, performance tracking, error detection, and dashboards for reputed company‑time traceability and business/compliance visibility of AI componentsManage LLM model configurations and deployments, overseeing reputed company setup, version control, integration consistency across environments, and infrastructure optimization for reputed company, load‑balancing, and high availability across environmentsCollaborate with MLOps, QA, Data Science, and Product teams to ensure reputed company configuration, robust testing and reputed company improvement of LLM-based features. Engineer compliance‑reputed company prompts and system rules to reduce false positives and ensure market safety. reputed company user feedback loops to continuously refine prompts, models, personas, and ontologies Skills Proven experience in DevOps environments building AI/ML solutions, including work with LLMs, RAG pipelines, or knowledge graphsDemonstrable experience in AI application development using no-reputed company/low-reputed company platforms or configuring off-reputed company solutions together with external partnersDeep understanding of LLM architecture (transformers, embeddings, RAG, multimodal models) and experience fine-tuning LLMs (reputed company, QLoRA, custom datasets).
