Full Stack Developer (AWS / AI-Native)

About the Role We're building a next-generation document processing and automation platform for the legal marketing industry and are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our engineering team. This is a hands-on role focused on building and improving production software. You'll work closely with our Architect to develop scalable applications, automate workflows, and deliver high-quality solutions that support real clients. The ideal candidate is a strong builder who combines solid software engineering fundamentals with an AI-native workflow and a bias toward execution. What You'll Do Develop front-end applications using React, Node.js, and TypeScript Build backend services in Python running on AWS Lambda Develop and maintain workflows using AWS Step Functions, Textract, and Bedrock Support infrastructure managed through CloudFormation Build and enhance a multi-tenant, case-agnostic platform already serving active clients Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to deliver new functionality and platform improvements Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development and improve productivity Write clean, maintainable, production-ready code Requirements Required Qualifications Full stack development experience using React/TypeScript on the front end and Python on the back end Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code practices, modular APIs, and maintainable architecture Experience working with AWS services such as Lambda, Step Functions, Textract, Bedrock, and CloudFormation, or equivalent experience in Azure or GCP environments with strong cloud fundamentals Experience building and maintaining production software applications Experience using AI-assisted development tools as part of your daily workflow Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Professional proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications Salesforce or Agentforce experience Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures Experience with document processing, workflow automation, or AI-powered applications Experience working in fast-moving startup or early-stage product environments AWS certifications Who You Are Execution-focused and highly accountable Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight Strong builder mentality with a bias toward action Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn Comfortable using AI-assisted development as part of your workflow Collaborative and able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders What Success Looks Like High-quality features are delivered quickly and reliably Front-end and back-end systems remain scalable, maintainable, and performant Development velocity improves through effective use of AI-assisted workflows Technical solutions support business objectives and client needs Engineering standards remain high while moving quickly The platform continues to scale successfully as new capabilities are introduced Minimal rework is required due to strong engineering fundamentals and thoughtful execution Benefits 401(k): Match 100% of employee contributions up to 4% Unlimited Manager-Approved Paid Time Off Health Insurance: Aetna PPO & EPO options (Subsidized $300 per month) Dental & Vision Insurance: Guardian Company-provided MacBook Fully Remote Work Authorization Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
