LLM Software Engineer - AI-Native Development - $160,000 - $190,000

Saragossa · United States

Full-time

About the Role

You are building the AI infrastructure layer that takes generative AI from experiment to enterprise reality at a Private-Equity-backed professional services business. This is not a role where you maintain what someone else built. You are defining how AI applications get deployed, monitored, and operated across the business. You set the standards. You shape the architecture. The decisions you make here will matter. Day to day you are working with frontier models and frameworks across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and LangGraph. You are building out LLMs, owning AI observability, and making sure the systems you ship actually hold up in production at enterprise scale. You are not leaving that experience behind, you are applying it to one of the fastest growing areas in engineering. AI governance, evaluation pipelines, deployment automation, these are the skills that will define the next decade of infrastructure work, and you are building them here. You bring solid MLOps experience and a strong grip on ML infrastructure with a background in software engineering. You know what it takes to move models out of notebooks and into production environments that real businesses depend on. This is a fully remote role paying between $160,000 and $190,000. Ready to stop experimenting and start building the real thing?
