[Remote] Vibe coder / IT Support

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Emparion is a growing financial services company focused on building polished, enterprise-grade applications. They are seeking a Vibecoder / Systems Builder to design and iterate on internal and client-facing tools using AI-first technologies and support the company's technical needs. Responsibilities Build and iterate on internal and client-facing tools using AI-assisted development platforms (e.g., Lovable) Craft, test, and refine AI prompts for real enterprise use cases Help support all technical needs across the company (apps, workflows, automations, tooling) Collaborate directly with leadership on rapid prototypes and new ideas Assist with security-minded architecture, access controls, and data handling Think creatively about how AI can replace or enhance traditional software workflows Skills Strong experience using AI tools and prompt engineering Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, and/or Claude (preferred) Cybersecurity awareness or experience is highly valued (SOC-minded thinking, secure data handling, access control concepts) Coding experience is a plus, but not required Comfortable learning quickly and operating with minimal hand-holding Creative, independent thinker who enjoys experimenting College degree not required, but a plus Experience with: No-code / low-code tools Automation platforms (Zapier, APIs, integrations) Internal tools or enterprise systems Financial or sensitive data environments Personal or side projects involving AI or system building Company Overview Emparion specializes in tax planning and strategic retirement services.
