About the Role

The company is seeking a Full Stack Developer to design, build, test, and support modern enterprise applications in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem. The role will use AI-enabled development practices, cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, DevOps, and Agile delivery methods to accelerate software development and improve quality. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using .NET, C#, ASP.NET Core, and modern JavaScript frameworksBuild and consume RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native solutionsUtilize AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent) to improve development productivity and code qualityApply AI-enabled SDLC practices, including AI-assisted requirements analysis, code generation, testing, documentation, and DevOps automationCollaborate with product owners, business analysts, architects, and UX designers to refine requirements and deliver solutionsParticipate in application modernization, integration, and cloud migration initiativesContribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code reviews, and release managementSupport Agile delivery teams through sprint planning, estimation, and backlog refinement Skills 5-7 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack DevelopmentStrong proficiency in C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs, and Entity FrameworkExperience with React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworksExperience with SQL Server and data modelingFamiliarity with Azure services, cloud-native development, and DevOps practicesWorking knowledge of AI-assisted development tools and modern software engineering practicesExperience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Agile methodologiesStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skillsExperience developing AI-enabled applications using Azure AI Services, OpenAI, or Microsoft Copilot technologiesKnowledge of Solution Architecture, Domain Modeling, and Enterprise Integration PatternsExperience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and KubernetesMicrosoft Azure or .NET certifications Benefits This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
