Job Title: Senior AI / Generative AI Engineer

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated AI/Generative AI Engineer with a passion for solving complex business challenges using cutting-edge AI technologies. The ideal candidate is deeply curious about emerging technologies, enjoys experimenting with new AI tools, and has hands-on experience building AI-powered applications, prototypes, proof of concepts (PoCs), and MVPs.
This role requires a collaborative and innovative professional who can design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks, and cloud-based AI services.
Required QualificationsBachelor''''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.Strong experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning.Advanced Python programming skills.Experience building AI applications, prototypes, PoCs, and MVPs.Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.Experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI APIs.Strong understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).Experience working with TensorFlow, Keras, and/or PyTorch.Experience developing intelligent agent-based solutions and AI automation workflows.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Amazon Bedrock, Google Model Garden, Nvidia NIM, Vertex AI, or similar AI platforms.Experience with multi-modal AI solutions involving text, images, audio, or video.Knowledge of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI practices.Experience deploying AI applications in cloud environments.Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or FAISS.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement AI and Generative AI solutions.Build and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.Develop AI-powered applications using LLMs and intelligent agent frameworks.Create prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and MVPs to validate business use cases.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.Present technical concepts and solution recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.Stay current with advancements in AI, GenAI, and machine learning technologies.Ideal CandidatePassionate about AI and emerging technologies.Continuously explores new tools, frameworks, and industry trends.Creative problem solver with an innovative mindset.Strong communicator capable of presenting ideas to technical and non-technical audiences.Comfortable working in fast-paced and highly collaborative environments.
