AI Engineer

Job Title:Senior AI Builder (Agent Development) Role Overview:We are looking for a Senior AI Builder to design and deliver AI-powered solutions that improve how teams build, ship, and manage software. This role will focus on building and scaling AI agents that support multiple functions—including engineering, product management, and UX. You'll create practical, high-impact solutions that integrate into existing workflows and help teams move faster and more efficiently.This is a hands-on role focused on execution, taking ideas from concept to working solutions in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment. Day-to-Day Workload / Responsibilities: • Design and build AI agents that automate and improve workflows across engineering, product, and design • Rapidly prototype solutions and iterate based on feedback and performance • Integrate AI capabilities into existing tools and workflows (e.g., code repositories, work management systems) • Develop reusable patterns to scale AI use cases across teams • Work closely with cross-functional partners to identify high-impact opportunities for AI • Continuously improve the quality, reliability, and usability of AI-generated outputs Required Tech Stack: • Strong backend engineering experience in Java and/or Golang • Experience building applications using LLMs or AI-assisted development tools • Experience integrating AI into real-world workflows (APIs, services, or automation) • Familiarity with Git-based development environments • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar) • Experience working in cloud environments (GCP preferred) Preferred Tech Stack: • Experience building or working with AI agents or multi-step AI workflows • Familiarity with developer tools and platforms • Experience integrating with tools like Jira, design platforms (e.g., Figma), or similar systems • Experience working in fast-paced, iterative environments with rapid prototyping cycles
