Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a large healthcare retail enterprise focused on driving enterprise-wide AI innovation. This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions across healthcare, finance, and SAP-related applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in GenAI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and full-stack Python development. You will work closely with business and technical teams to build scalable AI solutions, automate complex processes, and accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
Required Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on software engineering and AI/ML development experience.Strong expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).Experience designing and deploying production-grade GenAI applications using RAG architecture.Strong full-stack Python development experience (Frontend, Backend, APIs).Hands-on experience building document ingestion pipelines and processing workflows.Experience working with vector databases, preferably MongoDB Atlas.Public cloud experience, preferably Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.Strong understanding of AI application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.Preferred Qualifications
Healthcare industry experience.Experience developing and tuning machine learning models for:Predictive analyticsForecastingAnomaly detectionExperience with SAP environments and integrations.Exposure to Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor or similar platforms.Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack Python-based AI applications.Build and implement production-ready GenAI solutions leveraging RAG architectures.Develop and optimize document ingestion and processing pipelines.Integrate LLMs, Agentic AI frameworks, and MCP-based technologies into enterprise solutions.Deploy, monitor, and maintain AI applications across cloud platforms including Azure and Google Cloud Platform.Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver AI-driven solutions.Support AI initiatives involving large-scale data processing, reconciliation, automation, and intelligent decision-making.Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from solution design to production support.Create technical documentation and effectively communicate complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Technology Stack
