We create specialized courses that teach practitioners how to apply AI tools strategically in real-world business workflows — across sales, marketing, learning & development, and organizational management. Our programs are designed for working professionals who need to act on AI, not just understand it. We focus on practical adoption, measurable impact, and the kind of judgment that comes from experience — helping individuals and teams lead change, not react to it. Who are we looking for? We are building a talent pool of experienced business professionals, consultants, and transformation leaders for ongoing roles as Instructors, Authors, and Subject Matter Experts across our AI for Business & Transformation program. Our courses cover: AI for Smart Work, AI for Sales, AI for L&D, AI for Marketing, and AI for Teachers. We Recruit Across Three Experience Levels Junior Specialists (Instructors / Technical Trainers / Automation Specialists) bring 1–3 years of hands-on experience with AI tools or digital transformation initiatives. They explain AI concepts clearly, without technical jargon, and are comfortable teaching non-technical audiences. Middle Experts (Authors / Automation Consultants / Automation Engineers) have 3–6 years of experience implementing AI in real organizations. They work with business examples and case studies, and can explain the reasoning behind technology choices — including build vs. buy decisions and AI governance basics. Senior SMEs (AI Consultants / Automation Architects / Technology Strategists) bring 6+ years of experience working with business leaders and C-level stakeholders. They speak to ROI, digital transformation strategy, AI governance, and organizational change management. What sets our experts apart is the ability to translate real-world AI experience into learning that sticks — for audiences who are already senior, already busy, and already skeptical of hype. These are Talent Pool positions — we continuously review applications and build our roster of experts.
