Job Summary We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing, tech-driven company that is transforming the real estate experience through innovative digital products and AI-powered solutions. This role is ideal for a highly autonomous "Unicorn" Generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership of end-to-end product development, and leverages AI coding tools to accelerate delivery without compromising engineering quality. The engineer will work across frontend, backend, and AI systems to build scalable production-grade applications, custom AI agents, and reliable LLM-powered workflows while contributing to a culture focused on execution speed, clean code, and product excellence. Responsibilities • Build and ship end-to-end web and backend features with production-grade quality • Develop AI-powered systems, including custom agents, RAG pipelines, and state-machine-driven workflows • Create scalable frontend experiences using SvelteKit, React, Vue, or similar modern frameworks • Design and implement backend services using Node.js and TypeScript • Engineer reliable AI systems with guardrails, traceability, and confidence measurement frameworks • Rapidly transform product requirements into functional solutions with a strong bias toward execution • Use AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code to improve productivity and accelerate development • Collaborate within a highly autonomous, async-first remote engineering environment • Integrate APIs, authentication systems, analytics platforms, and third-party services • Contribute to data pipelines, analytics tooling, and dynamic asset generation when needed Qualifications and Job Requirements • Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript, including advanced concepts such as Generics and Discriminated Unions • Strong experience with Node.js backend development • Proven full-stack engineering experience across frontend and backend systems • Experience with React, Vue, or Svelte/SvelteKit • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered features or agentic systems • Strong understanding of APIs, authentication flows, and token-based security • Experience working with PostgreSQL databases • Cloud experience with AWS or Azure • Practical experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor or Claude Code • Ability to work independently in a remote, highly autonomous environment with strong English communication skills • Experience with Fastify, Hono, or Express frameworks • Familiarity with Slack API integrations and analytics platforms such as PostHog or Metabase • Experience with PDF generation tools like PDFKit or Puppeteer is a plus • Experience building or optimizing data pipelines and transformation workflows is a plus What We Offer • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
