You Are UST is seeking an Agentic AI Developer to deliver customer-facing agentic AI solutions on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform. This role is hands-on and consultative, focused on designing, building, and operationalizing AI agents that integrate with enterprise data, APIs, and workflows. The Opportunity • Partner with customers to define, design, and deliver agentic AI use cases. • Build tool-using AI agents using Gemini on the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, including multi-step workflows, structured outputs, and state management. • Implement RAG architectures using Vertex AI Search / Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform capabilities, vector databases, and enterprise content. • Integrate agents with customer systems via APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud services. • Deploy solutions using Cloud Run, GKE, or Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform endpoints. • Implement security, governance, and responsible AI controls (IAM, PII handling, safety guardrails). • Contribute reusable agent templates, prompts, and integration patterns across client engagements. • Support customer workshops, architecture reviews, and technical discussions. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. What You Need • Strong experience with Google Cloud and the Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI), including Gemini APIs. • Proficiency in Python; working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Go. • Hands-on experience with agentic AI patterns (tool calling, orchestration, structured generation). • Experience designing and implementing RAG solutions. • Backend/API development experience (REST, async patterns). • Containerized deployments using Docker and Cloud Run or GKE. • Familiarity with BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, and IAM. • Preferred: • Prior consulting or professional services experience. • Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks. • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.). • Exposure to regulated or enterprise security environments. • Engagement Characteristics • Highly customer-facing, delivery-oriented • Focused on practical, production-ready outcomes Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below. Role Location: Remote-US Compensation Range: $75,000-$113,000 Benefits Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico. Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
