AI-for-Impact Accelerator Internship

About Vibe Venture LabVibe is an 8-week AI-powered accelerator on a mission to unleash 1 million impact entrepreneurs globally by 2030. We provide Vibers with AI co-founders, entrepreneurship essentials, and real-world projects to help them validate problems, build MVPs, and launch paid pilots. We're based in Boston, launching partners accelerators globally, and growing fast. The RoleWe're looking for a self-directed, systems-minded intern who is fluent in English and Arabic and wants to roll up their sleeves supporting real accelerator cohorts globally while helping us build the infrastructure to scale. This isn't a coffee-and-PowerPoints internship. You'll work directly with the founder, get real experience, and see the impact of your work quickly. Starts June 1 for 8-12 weeks. What You'll Do1. Partner Accelerator Support (primary) • Support onboarding, customization, and success for partner accelerators • Identify and implement accelerator improvements to enhance conversion, outcomes, and scalability2. Localization & Testing (secondary) • Support translation and localization of accelerator into other languages • Run structured tests of AI co-founder performance3. Marketing & Growth (stretch) • Research and develop low-cost direct acquisition channels • Monitor and optimize digital ad campaigns What We're Looking For • Genuine passion for impact entrepreneurship, social innovation, and global development • Strong written communication and comfort working across time zones and cultures • Fluency in English and Arabic • Comfort with ambiguity and ability to manage multiple workflows independently • Meticulous attention to detail • Experience or coursework in entrepreneurship, international development, marketing, or operations • High digital literacy and confidence learning new platforms quickly — you'll be expected to become proficient in online learning tools, AI agent customization, and AI video editing • Proficiency with LLMs: effective prompting, space/project engineering, performance testing, and troubleshooting • Bonuses for: presence in Boston, vibe coding experience, EdTech experience, and digital marketing experience What You'll Get • Direct mentorship from an accomplished impact entrepreneur • Experience in EdTech, social impact, and venture-building • Exposure to a global network of impact-focused founders and partners • A stipend of $100/week is available for candidates eligible to receive compensation from a U.S. company without requiring visa sponsorship How to ApplySubmit your resume here on LinkedIn, then email ops@vibeventurelab.ai with why you think you are a good fit for this role.
