Role
As a Full Stack Developer — AI & Automation Solutions, you will design, prototype and deliver internal tools powered by generative AI and agentic systems. You will own the full development lifecycle from requirements and prototyping to production deployment, monitoring and user training, with a focus on automating repetitive workflows and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full development cycle: gather needs, prototype, iterate, deploy and monitor internal tools.Rapidly prototype functional tools and iterate based on real usage and feedback.Deliver complete internal applications (UI, business logic, data) with strong attention to user experience.Integrate tools with existing studio systems, data sources and pipelines.Build shared platforms and components to accelerate other teams.Exploit AI-generated code and autonomous agents to accelerate development and automation.Design specialized AI agents to automate tasks, critique ideas and detect flaws.Automate repetitive workflows to free creative and managerial time.Support deployments, train users and collect feedback for continuous improvement.Requirements
