About the Role

We are looking for a Solution Engineer (LLM, Low / No Coding). Details Contract type: B2B Workload: Full-time Location: Remote EU Start: ASAP Responsibilities: Design, build, and debug API integrations, ensuring reliable communication between systems Translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows, including handling edge cases and defining clear decision logic Develop and maintain Python-based solutions (integrations, automation scripts, internal tools) used by internal and external stakeholders Troubleshoot API issues, including authentication, pagination, error handling, and unexpected behaviors Implement and optimize low-code/no-code automation solutions across various platforms Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflows and system integrations Support implementation of AI/LLM-driven solutions, including prompting, classification, and evaluation logic Requirements: Strong experience with APIs and integrations (Postman, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods such as tokens/headers/OAuth) Proven ability to design and implement automation workflows with a structured, problem-solving mindset Solid hands-on Python experience, including building production-ready tools and explaining design and testing approaches Understanding or interest in AI/LLMs, including prompting, guardrails, classification, and evaluation Experience with low-code/workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Workato, Tray.io, n8n, Salesforce Flow, ServiceNow, Power Automate, Retool) or ability to quickly learn such platforms Exposure to e-commerce or OMS systems (preferably Shopify), including orders, fulfillment, returns/refunds, and customer data flows
