We're profitable, stable, and have an exceptionally loyal customer base. Over the past two years, we've invested heavily in modernizing our platform. The foundation is in place. Now we're looking for the person who will define what comes next. _______________About Workzone Workzone is one of the highest-rated project management platforms in the market (4.8/5 on Capterra and Software Advice). Our customers include leading organizations across Higher Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Professional Services, and Real Estate. That gives us something few companies have: • A profitable business • Thousands of active users • Long-tenured customers (7 years average customer lifetime) • An experienced team • The freedom to think long term ________The Role This is a hands-on product transformation role that is a full-stack engineer first and product and user experience a close second. Build intelligent assistants, autonomous workflows, predictive insights, and AI-powered collaboration that eliminate work instead of creating more of it. • Consumer-Grade User Experience: Enterprise software shouldn't feel like enterprise software. Reduce complexity. Reduce clicks. Reduce friction. Create experiences customers immediately understand and genuinely enjoy using. • Modern Platform: Continue evolving our architecture, engineering practices, infrastructure, security, and developer experience while maintaining the reliability our customers expect. • Analytics & Decision Intelligence: Transform Workzone into a platform that doesn't just organize work, but helps leaders understand where execution is breaking down, what requires attention, and what should happen next. _______________What You'll Own • Product vision and long-term platform strategy • Engineering architecture • Frontend, backend, and infrastructure • AI strategy and implementation • User experience • Platform analytics • Engineering culture • Technology roadmap • Platform security and compliance You'll also partner closely with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and customers themselves to ensure every major investment solves real operational problems. ___________________________What Will Be Expected Of You It's a transformation role.
