Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an LLM & RL Engineer specializing in Agent Engineering. The role involves the development, training, and optimization of Reinforcement Learning (RL) agents and integration of Large Language Models (LLMs). The Engineer will collaborate with a cross-functional team to design, implement, and deploy models for predicting startup performances. Additional responsibilities include fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs, creating custom agent architectures, and contributing to the research and development of innovative AI-driven solutions. Qualifications Proficiency in developing, training, and deploying Reinforcement Learning (RL) models Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including experience in fine-tuning and applying them to various tasks Strong skills in software engineering and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch Familiarity with data analysis, machine learning workflows, and data pipeline integration Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills Experience with startup ecosystems, forecasting, or predictive modeling is a plus Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field is preferred
