Enterprise AI Workflow Expert Job Type: Contractor Location: Remote Job Overview We are seeking experienced Enterprise AI Workflow Experts to support an innovative project focused on AI adoption, enablement, and business process improvement. You will design and evaluate AI-powered workflows that improve productivity and solve real-world business challenges. No Prior AI Training Experience Is Required. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and optimize AI-powered and agentic workflows for business processes.Evaluate AI agent performance and identify reasoning, workflow, and tool-use gaps.Develop practical use cases, test cases, and operational playbooks.Document workflows, outcomes, and best practices for enterprise AI adoption.Provide actionable feedback to improve AI systems and business workflows.Collaborate with product and research teams to translate business needs into AI solutions. Required Qualifications Professional experience in Sales, Growth, Product Management, Project Management, Finance, or a related business function.Hands-on experience using AI agents as part of professional workflows.Experience building and operating multi-tool AI workflows.Familiarity with tools such as Gmail, Drive, Slack, Jira, APIs, MCP connectors, Zapier, Make, or n8n.Ability to connect data sources, configure permissions, and integrate AI agents with business systems.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.Excellent written and verbal communication.Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
