About the Role
Position Overview:
We are offering a unique 3-month leadership internship for an ambitious candidate to step in as an Interim Head of AI Prompt Engineering & Development.
This is a high-responsibility internship designed for those who want to take ownership of projects, lead initiatives, and help shape the future of AI solutions.
▶Important:
The internship is Focus Base during the first 45 days.
After a performance assessment at 45 days, successful candidates will be offered paid assignments and a pathway to long-term leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Craft high-quality AI prompt scripts and optimize conversational flows.
Build, deploy, and refine AI chatbots and autonomous agents (using Gemini, ChatGPT, and custom LLMs).
Support machine learning workflows: model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation.
Design and manage backend databases to support AI projects.
Establish and uphold technical standards and best practices.
Explore and integrate new AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines).
Lead small project teams and contribute to scaling our AI initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience with AI prompt writing and chatbot development.
Familiarity with Gemini, ChatGPT APIs, and other AI platforms.
Solid understanding of machine learning basics and database structures.
Leadership potential: self-driven, organized, and able to manage small teams.
Agile thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Pursuing or completed Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Linguistics, or related fields.
Portfolio showcasing AI chatbot, agent development, or prompt engineering work.
Bonus: Experience connecting AI to SaaS apps, websites, or CRM systems.
Bonus: Familiarity with LangChain, knowledge graphs, vector databases.
