AI Software Engineer

Agility Partners is seeking a qualified AI Engineer to fill an open position with one of our clients. The role offers hands-on ownership of cutting-edge AI solutions within an agile, collaborative environment. You'll contribute to enterprise-grade AI tools while influencing best practices and standards across the organization. In this role, the AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions as part of an agile squad, participating in all ceremonies from architecture and design through delivery. The position focuses on developing agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and AI-enabled development tools that improve operational effectiveness while aligning with enterprise security, risk, and governance standards in the technology and software industry. What You'll Be Responsible For• Designing, building, and maintaining agentic workflows and autonomous AI systems• Developing and integrating AI and LLM-based solutions into production-grade applications• Implementing orchestration logic for multi-agent systems and intelligent task automation• Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining AI systems to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability The Ideal Candidate• Strong software development experience with Python or a similar programming language• Hands-on experience designing and building agentic workflows or multi-agent systems• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar tools• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs and prompt engineering techniques• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)• Knowledge of APIs, microservices architectures, and system integration patterns• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Reasons to Love It• Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and agentic architecture initiatives• Collaborative agile environment with strong technical leadership and communities of practice• Ability to directly impact developer productivity and enterprise-scale systems• Exposure to modern cloud, AI, and automation technologies in a growing organization
