Job Description- Senior Lead AI Engineer – AI Foundations, LLM Core & Agentic AI Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Lead AI Engineer to lead the design and development of AI foundations, LLM-based systems, and agentic AI capabilities. The role will focus on building scalable, production-grade AI platforms and intelligent agents that solve complex business problems. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of AI/ML foundations and LLM-powered applications. Design and implement LLM pipelines, including prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, evaluation, and model optimization. Build agentic AI systems using tool calling, workflows, memory, planning, and multi-agent patterns. Develop scalable AI infrastructure, APIs, services, and reusable AI components. Evaluate and integrate foundation models and emerging GenAI technologies. Establish best practices for LLM evaluation, observability, safety, security, and governance. Work closely with product, engineering, data science, and business teams to translate use cases into production solutions. Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives. Drive experimentation, proof-of-concepts, and transition successful solutions into production. Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and AI application development. Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and LLM evaluation. Strong understanding of agentic AI, tool/function calling, AI workflows, and multi-agent architectures. Proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks. Experience building scalable, cloud-based, production-grade systems. Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, distributed systems, and software engineering best practices. Experience with platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and relevant AI/ML services. Strong problem-solving, architecture, and technical leadership skills.
