About the Role
Job Description:
Develop applications in PowerApps using Dataverse, Power Automate, Excel, Forms, and SharePoint Online Use out-of-the-box connectors with Power Apps and Power Automate Develop and deploy Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions integrating with Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and enterprise systems Build and run locally hosted Claude-assisted solutions outside Microsoft 365 for development, prototyping, and automation Incorporate adaptive cards, variables, triggers, connectors, and API integrations into Copilot Studio solutions Craft prompts, skills, and grounding/context strategies across Copilot and Claude Participate in solution testing, validation, and quality assurance Conduct technical feasibility analysis and create solution design documentation and user guides Ensure compliance with Microsoft security, compliance, and governance standards, including Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and DLP policies Apply strict data-control practices to AI tooling and regulated data Mentor teammates, provide technical guidance, and handle escalated issues Develop documentation, user guides, and enablement materials to support adoption Optimize development efforts based on user feedback Stay current with Power Platform and Copilot features Evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools for organizational fit, value, compliance, and data-control compatibility Diagnose and resolve technical challenges related to Copilot Studio implementations Ensure data security in Power Platform and Copilot-enabled solutions Partner with internal teams and clients to identify and implement AI-powered productivity and automation opportunitiesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 1–2 years of professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proven success designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio solutions Hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Claude, and related AI tools for development, automation, and prompt engineering Experience using Claude locally outside the Microsoft 365 environment Strong familiarity with Teams, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure, and their integration points Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and third-party system integrations Ability to identify AI-driven optimization opportunities Ability to work in a regulated environment with strict data controls and compliance obligations Desire to explore, test, and adopt emerging AI tools and platforms Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills Experience integrating data from multiple sources while maintaining accuracy, quality, and compliance Understanding of prompt engineering principles and LLM behavior; RAG-based architecture experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation development and delivery Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models preferred Microsoft Power Platform, AI, or Copilot certifications preferred Prior experience working for Microsoft or a Microsoft Gold/Cloud Solutions Partner preferred Experience deploying and governing AI tools in regulated or data-sensitive environments preferred Work conducted in English with overlap for US time-zone meetings and collaboration No travel requiredBenefits:
