Role Description As an ASO Specialist at Arcane Pathways, you will be responsible for optimizing mobile apps for higher visibility and conversion in major app stores. In this full-time remote role, you will conduct keyword research, analyze competitors, and refine metadata such as titles, subtitles, descriptions, and tags. You will create and test visual assets (icons, screenshots, preview videos) in partnership with designers to improve click-through and install rates. You will monitor performance metrics, design A/B experiments, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to product and marketing teams. Daily collaboration with cross-functional partners will be essential to align ASO initiatives with broader acquisition, retention, and brand strategies. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience with App Store Optimization, including keyword research, metadata optimization, and creative asset testing for iOS and Android apps. • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in interpreting app store analytics, conversion funnels, cohort performance, and A/B test results. • Familiarity with mobile marketing and user acquisition strategies, and the ability to align ASO efforts with broader growth and performance goals. • Effective written communication skills for crafting clear, persuasive app store copy tailored to different audiences and markets. • Experience using ASO and analytics tools (e.g., AppFollow, AppTweak, Sensor Tower, App Annie, Google Play Console, App Store Connect) or comparable platforms. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting. • Collaborative mindset, with experience partnering across product, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive optimization strategies. • Beneficial qualifications: prior work with global or multilingual app launches, understanding of SEO principles, and experience in a tech, gaming, or consumer app-focused organization.
