As a key member of our development team, you will lead the design and development of innovative web and mobile applications. This role focuses primarily on backend development (70%) in Python, while contributing to frontend tasks (30%) using React and React Native. You will architect scalable and reusable backend systems using frameworks like Django or FastAPI, build robust APIs, and ensure high standards of performance, reliability, and security. Collaboration with cross-functional teams from concept to deployment, application performance optimization, and conducting code reviews are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, you will use AI tools to streamline development workflows and enhance product features.
Responsibilities

5+ years in software development, with strong backend expertise in Python and a solid grasp of frontend technologies.Proficiency with Python, Django/FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Redis, and cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS).Experience with React, React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and knowledge of mobile CI/CD and performance best practices.Comfort with AI tools to support dev productivity and automation.Strong analytical mindset with a track record of solving complex issues and delivering high-quality results.Excellent written and verbal communication in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setup.Focused on user experience and able to turn business needs into scalable tech solutions.Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a distributed, agile startup environment.Nice-to-haves
Experience in fintech, marketplaces, or scaling products in high-growth startups.
