As the company expands into the United States, they are seeking a Forward Deployed AI Engineer to work directly with customers, deploy AI-powered solutions, improve operational processes, and drive measurable business outcomes.
This is a highly strategic hire and one of the company's top priorities as they establish their US presence.
Location: United States (Remote)Employment Type: Full-TimeCompensation: $100,000 – $200,000 + EquitySeniority: Mid-Senior Level
Key Responsibilities
Partner directly with customers from implementation through expansionAnalyze and map operational workflowsIdentify opportunities for automation and process improvementRedesign inefficient processes before automationConfigure and deploy AI agents into customer environmentsTranslate business requirements into agent logic and decision frameworksBuild integrations using APIs, webhooks, SQL, Python, JavaScript, and enterprise systemsDevelop scripts, prototypes, and workflow automationsTroubleshoot deployments and optimize production performanceLead customer workshops and working sessionsBuild trusted relationships with technical and business stakeholdersCreate reusable implementation assets, templates, and deployment frameworksCollaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to improve future deployments
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer-facing technical rolesProven experience deploying AI or automation solutions into real customer environmentsBackground in; Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Applied AI Engineering, Technical Consulting, Enterprise Automation DeliveryHands-on experience with; LLMs, Agent frameworks, Prompt engineering, Retrieval systems, AI deployment workflowsStrong experience with; SQL, Python and/or JavaScript, APIs, JSON, Webhooks, Enterprise integrations
Nice to Have
Experience at AI-native companiesPrevious Forward Deployed Engineering or Solutions Engineering experienceERP implementation or integration experienceTechnical consulting experience focused on AI or automationAdditional European language skillsExperience building internal AI-powered operational tools
