The core engineering team is small and intentional — this is a meaningful, high-ownership role.What You'll Do • Own core platform functionality end-to-end, from idea through production and polish • Design and build backend systems that power real-time threat intelligence ingestion, processing, and alerting • Develop and iterate on AI pipelines and agentic workflows • Build user-configured workflow systems that enable security operations teams to act quickly and precisely • Collaborate closely with a small, senior core team to ship features the industry hasn't seen before • Flex across engineering specialties as needed in an early-stage environmentWhat We're Looking ForRequired: • Senior or Staff level backend engineering experience • 0→1 ownership experience — you've taken a large project or product feature from idea to polished delivery, end-to-end • Demonstrated ability to dive into different areas of engineering (flexibility is key on a lean team) • Based in the United StatesNice to Have: • Experience building user-configured workflow or automation systems • Experience building AI pipelines or working with agentic systems • Early-stage startup experience • Eye for product design and UXCompensation & Benefits • Salary: $180,000 – $205,000 annually • Visa sponsorship availableLocation • Fully remote — open to candidates anywhere in the United States Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany (https://www.arbeitnow.com/english-speaking-jobs) on Arbeitnow
