Software Engineer (AI-Native Platform & Integrations) | Remote

Work SnapshotType: W2Location: Remote (United States)Commitment: Full-time What You'll Be Doing • Build and deliver an AI-native platform including workflows, permissions, and multi-tenant foundations • Develop and manage integrations with external tools including connectors, event ingestion, syncing, and actions • Create real-time analytics dashboards with live metrics, drill-down capabilities, and data exports • Design and implement agentic integration architecture with tool registry, permissions, runtime, and observability • Ship production-ready features across backend and frontend systems • Establish engineering best practices including testing, observability, and system reliability • Support pilot launches with hands-on debugging, iteration, and real-user feedback What We're Looking For • Strong experience in end-to-end software engineering and product delivery • Strong experience in building SaaS products with APIs, data models, and production systems • Strong experience in integrations including OAuth2, webhooks, API handling, and data synchronization • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and workflows • Strong understanding of scalable system design and real-time analytics systems • Familiarity with agentic architectures and tool-based integrations is a plus • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical trade-offs clearly • Ability to work independently and iterate quickly in a fast-paced environment How To Apply • Upload resume • Interview • Submit form
