What you'll do: • Build and ship features across our AI-powered platform • Leverage LLMs, agents, and automation frameworks to move fast • Prototype quickly, iterate constantly, and deploy real systems • Work closely with product, design, and customer success to turn ideas into reality • Help define how AI-native software development works at Enter What we're looking for: Core traits: • Extremely high ownership and work ethic • Fast learner who can operate in ambiguity • Creative problem solver who finds unconventional solutions • Bias toward action — you ship, not just think AI-native mindset (required): • Daily user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) • Comfortable using AI to write, debug, and improve code • Experience orchestrating workflows, agents, or automations • Strong intuition for how to "get leverage" from AI Technical foundation: • Ability to build and ship real projects (frontend, backend, or both) • Familiarity with modern tools (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, APIs, etc.) • You don't need to know everything — but you need to figure things out fast Bonus if you've: • Built side projects, startups, or shipped products users actually touched • Used frameworks like React, Next.js, or similar • Experimented with agent frameworks, tool use, or multi-step AI workflows • Worked with APIs, databases, or cloud environments Who this is perfect for: • Recent grads (or non-traditional paths) who have real projects to show • Self-taught engineers who learned by building, not just studying • People who feel under-leveled on paper but overperform in reality If you've ever thought:"I could be way better than my resume shows" — this role is for you. Compensation & benefits: • $80,000–$100,000 base • 100% remote (U.S.) • Full health, dental, and vision coverage + generous PTO How we evaluate candidates: We don't care about credentials. We care about proof of work. You'll stand out if you can show: • Things you've built • How you use AI in your development workflow • Speed, creativity, and execution We're building a team of people who move fast, think differently, and use AI to do 10x the work. If you're hungry, scrappy, and obsessed with building — we want to meet you.
