About the Role

Role Overview We are seeking a talented Python / JavaScript Developer to join the Agentic Voice AI team supporting the client IT Helpdesk. This is a full stack role where you will partner with senior developers and solution architects to modernize the organization's phone support system using Voice AI technologies. Your focus will be on building and integrating Python based backend services and JavaScript driven frontend interfaces to enable autonomous call handling and self service solutions, improving operational efficiency and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain backend Python services and frontend JavaScript applications supporting Voice AI solutions Implement real time communication features using Python APIs and JavaScript frameworks Integrate with LiveKit SFU, ServiceNow CRM, and NiCE CXone IVR platforms Develop and optimize API endpoints and integration flows between AI systems, telephony platforms, and web interfaces Participate in Agile/SCRUM ceremonies, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand ups Collaborate with cross functional teams (backend, frontend, QA, product) to meet delivery milestones Assist with deployment, monitoring, and support of AI driven features for autonomous call handling Required Skills & Experience 2+ years of hands on experience with: Python (asyncio, API integrations) JavaScript (React, Node.js, or similar frameworks) Advanced experience with: Python (asyncio) JavaScript AWS cloud services Custom RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) implementations OpenAI Realtime APIs Generative AI Prompt Engineering Proven experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams Strong problem solving, communication, and documentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with real time communication and telephony platforms: LiveKit ServiceNow NiCE CXone IVR Experience with AI/ML and streaming STT/TTS providers (e.g., Deepgram, ElevenLabs) Familiarity with Kubernetes and scalable cloud infrastructure Background in contact center or customer service technology projects Experience with: LiveKit Agents SDK WebRTC Redis (pub/sub) Azure / Microsoft SSPR Education Bachelor's Degree required
