Responsibilities • Design and implement intelligent AI agents and copilots using advanced tools and platforms • Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with enterprise systems and APIs • Optimize multi-agent workflows and retrieval-augmented generation solutions • Enhance agents with strong reasoning and task orchestration capabilities • Assure performance, scalability, and security in AI application deployment Skills • Proficient experience with AI development platforms like Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry • Solid programming skills in Python, C#, or JavaScript • Strong grasp of LLMs, prompt engineering, and vector search • Expertise in API integration and cloud-native development, preferably with Azure or AWS Preferred Skills • Familiarity with agent frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen, or ADK • Experience in developing retrieval-augmented generation solutions • Knowledge of microservices architecture and REST APIs At our company, we value diversity, equity, and inclusion, believing that a varied team fosters creativity and innovation.
