Innovien Solutions is currently hiring a Fullstack Developer to maintain and enhance the client's internally developed AI platform integrated with their internal ChatGPT solution. This role involves integrating engineering data into intelligent workflows powered by Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures, directly supporting global engineering initiatives and enabling AI-driven innovation. Responsibilities Develop and extend Python modules to integrate engineering data into GenAI workflowsWork on scalable RAG-based agent architecture for knowledge retrieval and AI-driven automationCollaborate with engineering, data science, and software teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutionsDesign and maintain systems that support modular AI applications in an enterprise environmentOptimize data ingestion, transformation, and access layers for use in LLM-powered workflowsEnsure high code quality, performance, and reliability through best practices and peer reviews Skills 5+ years of hands-on experience as a software developer building and maintaining enterprise-scale applications or platforms using PythonAt least 1 year of experience designing GenAI or LLM-powered APIs for enterprise use — RAG-based; building ChatGPT-style applications from scratch is a strong plusExperience developing APIs using Django REST FrameworkExperience integrating with external APIs, data services, and internal data platforms in production environmentsHands-on experience connecting data sources with SQL databases and ORM frameworks — SQLAlchemy or Django ORM — including engineering or technical data systems such as CAD, PLM, sensor data, and simulation outputsDjango experienceBasic frontend experience with Next.js or ReactExperience with unstructured libraries Company Overview Innovien Solutions is committed to identifying the insights and ideas that will shape the future of business.
