The Product & Regulatory Operations organization plays a critical role in supporting user and business safety across global platforms while partnering closely with product, engineering, legal, and cross-functional stakeholders. As a Technical Product Operations Specialist, you will contribute to initiatives that drive product growth, operational excellence, engagement, and quality through data-driven decision-making and automation. Responsibilities • Support execution strategies across multiple products and platforms, including launching 0-to-1 initiatives and improving operational quality through scalable technical solutions • Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources • Identify trends, risks, and actionable insights that support business and product decisions • Build and maintain dashboards, reporting tools, and visualizations using platforms such as Google Sheets, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools • Utilize AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate analysis, and prototype solutions • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and operations stakeholders to drive program success • Anticipate operational roadblocks and proactively develop data-backed mitigation strategies • Support labeling operations and LLM training initiatives across product quality teams • Execute program management responsibilities with strong attention to detail, organization, and technical rigor Minimum Qualifications • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, program management, or technical product operations • Advanced SQL proficiency, including experience with: • CTEs • Window functions • Complex joins • Aggregations • Data transformations • Experience working with AI agents and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency • Expert-level proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, including: • Complex formulas • Pivot tables • Workflow automation • Documentation creation • Strong multitasking and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive projects forward with minimal oversight • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with experience using data to solve operational challenges • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills • Experience with data annotation, labeling operations, and LLM training initiatives Preferred Qualifications • Experience using VS Code or similar development environments • Familiarity with vibe coding, low-code/no-code tools, or AI-assisted code generation • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau, Looker, Unidash, or similar platforms • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical specifications and requirements • Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows • Experience developing and implementing manual and automated testing strategies for products and features Our Benefits Package Includes • Comprehensive medical benefits • Competitive pay • 401(k) retirement plan • ...and much more!
