About the Role

Integral is a fractional CTO and AI transformation partnership for scaling businesses ($10M-$100M). We embed with clients as their technology team across strategy, architecture, and hands-on implementation. These are long-term retainer partnerships, not project work. We are a team of 4 today, scaling to 6-8 by the end of 2026. We're hiring for two roles: Full Stack Developer | Remote | Full-time (~40 hrs/week) | LATAM or US You ship features end-to-end across multiple client projects. Our clients do not have tech departments, so requirements come as business problems, not detailed tickets. You translate "customers need to see order history" into a working feature: data model, API, UI, and deployment. AI is how we operate. Our team ships faster than teams 3x our size because we use Claude Code, Cursor, and AI-assisted workflows across every phase of development. If you are still writing every line by hand, this is not the right fit. We want developers who have fundamentally changed how they build software with AI. Stack across clients: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, Shopify, n8n, HubSpot, Vercel. You do not need to know all of these. You do need to pick them up fast. Technical Project Manager | Remote (US) | Part-time (~25 hrs/week) You own client relationships and delivery coordination: weekly syncs, Slack, email, ClickUp boards, and scope management. You need to be technically fluent enough to spot a bad estimate and explain trade-offs in business language, but you are not writing code. An AI-native workflow is required for both roles. "I've tried ChatGPT a few times" is not what we're looking for. We evaluate how you use AI tools daily across your real work. To apply: email hiring@gointegral.co with which AI tools you use daily, a specific example of how AI changed your workflow, and, for the developer role, a link to something you have shipped. Please confirm you've seen the specified pay range or your application may not be processed.

In mathematics, an integral is the continuous analog of a sum, and is used to calculate areas, volumes, and their generalizations. The process of computing an integral, called integration, is one of the two fundamental operations of calculus, along with differentiation. Integration was initially used to solve problems in mathematics and physics, such as finding the area under a curve, or determining displacement from velocity. Usage of integration expanded to a wide variety of scientific fields thereafter.
