About the Role

Product Operations Specialist (Technical + LLM) itD is seeking a Project Coordinator IV / Product Operations Specialist (Technical + LLM) to support strategic product operations initiatives across company's Product & Regulatory Operations organization. This role will drive execution, operational quality, and workflow optimization across multiple products and platforms by leveraging technical analysis, AI-assisted workflows, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in technical product operations, SQL-based analytics, AI tooling, and cross-functional program coordination, with a proven ability to independently execute and improve operational processes in fast-paced environments. Location: Remote – United States (No location preference). Note: Contractors may be required to transition onsite once offices reopen. Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: Market Rate, depending on experience. We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more. Responsibilities • Support execution strategies across multiple products and platforms, including launching new operational initiatives and improving quality outcomes through technical and programmatic solutions. • Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries to collect, transform, and analyze large datasets for business insights and operational improvements. • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Google Sheets and other reporting platforms to support stakeholder decision-making. • Leverage AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows to automate repetitive processes, accelerate analysis, and prototype scalable solutions. • Identify program risks proactively, develop mitigation strategies, and communicate updates clearly across cross-functional stakeholders. • Coordinate technical product operations activities across engineering, product, legal, and operational teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery. • Support labeling initiatives, data annotation processes, and LLM training workflows to improve product quality and operational efficiency. • Drive operational rigor by managing multiple workstreams simultaneously while ensuring timely execution and quality outcomes. Internal Responsibilities • Attend regular internal practice community meetings. • Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership. • Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material). • Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice. • Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual). • Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities. Required Qualifications And Skills • 8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, technical product operations, or program management roles. • Advanced SQL proficiency, including CTEs, window functions, joins, aggregations, and data transformations. • Experience with data annotation, labeling workflows, and large language model (LLM) training support. • Hands-on experience using AI Agents and AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency. • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets, including complex formulas, pivot tables, and workflow automation. • Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision in fast-paced environments. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications And Skills • Experience with VS Code or similar development environments. • Experience with low-code/no-code prototyping or AI-assisted code generation ("Vibe Coding"). • Experience building dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Looker, Unidash, or similar tools. • Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data infrastructure concepts. • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on technical requirements and specifications. • Background in quality assurance, triage operations, or ML/AI validation workflows. • Experience developing and implementing manual and automated test strategies for products and features. • Prior experience supporting large-scale technology organizations or enterprise environments. Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required.
