Job Description
You will build the next generation of AI-native development tools, including the Windsurf IDE and Devin agent experiences. This role involves designing and shipping high-polish interfaces that make complex autonomous workflows feel intuitive. Working in a small, elite team of competitive programmers, you will own features end-to-end to redefine software creation.

What You Will Do
• Design and implement the core user surfaces for the Windsurf IDE and Devin using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate directly with the founding team to architect and ship growth, onboarding, and agent-interaction flows from spec to production.
• Refine product craft by polishing animations, interactions, and copy to ensure a seamless experience for world-class engineering teams.
The ideal candidate
• Proven track record of shipping high-polish, beautiful products at top-tier PLG companies like Notion, Linear, Stripe, or Figma.
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript with a strong eye for design details and the technical judgment to prioritize impact in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience or deep interest in AI developer tools, perhaps coming from competitors like Cursor, Replit, or specialized AI labs.
