Read our Culture Manual and learn more about how we work.About the teamThe AI Systems team is focused on building Wealthsimple's first-party AI tools and platforms. We design, develop, and operate the systems that bring AI capabilities directly into the hands of our teams and clients - from intelligent assistants and workflow automation to internal productivity tools powered by large language models.We're looking for software developers who are excited about building production-grade AI systems end-to-end: from frontend interfaces to backend services, infrastructure to deployment.
