You will participate in sprint-based planning and execution, consistently delivering high-quality work aligned with defined priorities. You will also collaborate closely with engineering peers to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability while contributing to best practices for AI-enabled development. • Build, refactor, and deliver production-ready features using TypeScript • Leverage AI-driven tools (e.g., Claude and/or Cursor) as part of daily engineering workflows • Apply agentic development approaches to break down problems and accelerate solution delivery • Work within sprint cycles and deliver scoped work on time with high throughput • Collaborate with senior engineers and technical leaders on complex technical challenges • Improve existing codebases with a focus on performance, readability, and scalability • Contribute to discussions on engineering standards and AI-assisted development practices Requirements You should bring extensive software engineering experience with a strong focus on TypeScript and modern application development.
