AI Software Engineer

Job Summary:We're hiring an AI Full Stack Software Engineer to help transform how software gets built through AI-powered development workflows and automation.This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about learning cutting-edge technologies, helping teams adopt new tools, and making a tangible impact on how software gets built. What You'll Do • Implement and support AI-powered SDLC workflows across engineering teams • Build automation scripts and internal developer tools • Help build and maintain AI agents and MCP servers, learning the architecture and best practices • Evaluate tools like GitHub Copilot, Claude, and other AI assistants • Contribute clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews • Collaborate with developers to improve workflow efficiency What We're Looking For • 3–5+ years of software development experience • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or Java • Strong Git fundamentals (branching, PRs, merges) • Understanding of REST APIs and modern development practices • Interest in AI-assisted development tools Nice to Have • Experience with scripting/automation • Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) • Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD pipelines • Personal projects or GitHub contributions If you're passionate about AI, automation, and building better developer experiences, we'd love to connect.
