Aufgaben Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail • You automate complex business processes in a reliable and maintainable way, using tools like n8n • You create and optimize AI agents using modern LLMs and related tooling (prompting, retrieval, evaluation/guardrails, RAG) • You partner with business departments to analyze, redesign, and automate new and existing processes from discovery to rollout • You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms • You work cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and business leaders to share best practices, document patterns, and enable self-serve automation across the company Profil Your profile – this is what we expect from you • You are comfortable scripting in JavaScript for n8n Function nodes or have equivalent experience (foundational programming skills, Python experience, etc.) • You have experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc. • You are comfortable integrating SaaS tools and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns • You are proficient with APIs and data manipulation: JSON, REST, SQL for joins/aggregations, and the occasional regex • Experience with prompt engineering and building AI Agents is a plus • You are a strong communicator who can explain trade-offs to both business and engineering stakeholders and create concise documentation/playbooks • You enjoy working in an international environment and you are fluent in English (C1); good German skills (B2) are a plus Benefits What we offer • Create your own work-life balance: You have the flexibility to choose between working remotely (within Germany) or from one of our locations in Cologne, Darmstadt, Düsseldorf, or in Berlin! • Do you want to move to Germany?
