Junior Software Engineer (AI-Native Development Program)
ROLE SNAPSHOT
• Pay: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00
• Location/Schedule: Remote (United States), Full-Time
• Purpose: Launch your software engineering career while contributing to meaningful technology initiatives through mentorship, hands-on development, and continuous learning.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with experienced software engineers on internal technology initiatives.
• Use modern AI-assisted development tools to improve development speed and quality.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications and services.
• Assist with integrations, automation initiatives, and process improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
• Create and maintain software documentation and operational procedures.
• Learn modern development, testing, deployment, and security practices.
• Continuously expand technical capabilities through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Must-have Qualifications
• Foundational software development knowledge through education, self-study, coding bootcamps, military technology programs, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability.
• Strong curiosity and desire to learn.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
