Position: Design Critic Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$70/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10–20 hours/week Role Responsibilities • Evaluate and critique how AI systems interpret and analyze visual design across mediums. • Collaborate asynchronously with a team of designers across disciplines. • Craft, critique, and review experimental design workflows with frontier AI models. • Shape visual reasoning and composition in AI-generated content. • Provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and design workflows. Qualifications Must-Have • 1+ years of professional experience in a visual, critique-based, or design-adjacent field. • Bachelor's degree or Master's in a design field such as Art History, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or related areas. • Experience with LLMs, GenAI prompting, and vibe coding. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, Europe, Australia, or Brazil.
