ROLE OVERVIEW
We are sourcing a creative, AI-fluent front-end builder for a US-based marketing agency. This is not a traditional developer role. The client needs someone who uses AI tools daily to build, launch, and improve websites, landing pages, mini apps, dashboards, client tools, and marketing assets — and who thinks like a marketer, not just a coder.
The ideal candidate has a portfolio of things they've actually shipped using AI-assisted platforms.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL DO
Build websites, landing pages, mini apps, and interactive tools using AI platforms (Replit, Lovable, Cursor, Claude, Bolt, etc.)
Work directly with agency leadership to take rough ideas from concept to finished deliverable
Create and refine front-end experiences — clean, modern, mobile-responsive, with strong UX
Support WordPress site builds: pages, plugins, forms, and client portals
Build internal tools for sales, reporting, CRM workflows, and marketing operations
Assist in creating proposals, slide decks, and sales materials using AI and design tools
Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams across deliverables
Stay current on AI tools, test new platforms, and bring recommendations to the team
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in front-end web development, creative technology, or digital marketing technology
Active, daily use of AI coding/building platforms — Replit, Cursor, Lovable, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent. This is non-negotiable.
Solid HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript — enough to build, troubleshoot, and refine
Experience with WordPress — pages, plugins, forms, basic SEO structure
Design sensibility — clean layouts, spacing, readability, modern UI
Marketing awareness — understands that the goal is results, not just functional code
Strong English communication (written and spoken)
Portfolio required — must show examples of AI-assisted builds (websites, apps, tools, dashboards, or prototypes)
PREFERRED / BONUS SKILLS
React or modern JS framework experience
Figma or Canva for design collaboration
Zapier, Make, or Airtable for light automation work
Webflow or similar website builders
Experience with CRM platforms (GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce adjacent)
Supabase or basic backend/API integration
