• Create hands-on exercises, workflow artifacts, evaluation frameworks, and buildathon experiences tied to real-world engineering use cases
• Teach and facilitate early program cohorts in highly interactive workshop environments
• Build live alongside engineers during hands-on buildathons and working sessions, helping guide implementation, problem-solving, and iteration in real time
• Coach engineering teams live during technical exercises and collaborative workshops rather than traditional lecture-based instruction
• Translate complex AI engineering concepts across technical, business, and risk/compliance audiences
• Partner closely with leadership and enterprise stakeholders to continuously improve the program
• Bring practical, production-level AI engineering experience into the classroom and curriculum
What We're Looking For

• Recent hands-on experience working with AI-enabled products, workflows, or engineering tooling
• Familiarity with modern AI engineering practices such as agentic workflows, orchestration, evaluation frameworks, and AI-assisted development
• Ability to operate credibly with highly advanced engineering audiences
