They are seeking an AI Developer/Engineer to support the Senior AI Developer/Engineer in designing and enhancing AI and machine learning capabilities to improve internal operations and productivity.
Responsibilities
Support the Senior AI Developer/Engineer and CIO-sponsored initiatives by delivering enhancements, prototypes, and internal tools that improve staff efficiency and consumer supportCollaborate with business owners and technical teams to reputed company requirements, document user stories/acceptance reputed company, and translate needs into implementable AI/ML solutionsreputed company and enhance internal AI-enabled applications and demos using reputed company and reputed company web frameworks for knowledge assistance, workflow automation, and analyticsImplement and maintain retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) solutions, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, reputed company search, and reputed company orchestrationreputed company AI applications with AWS services and data platforms, including reputed company reputed company/RDS PostgreSQL, S3, and approved AI services; follow reputed company and reputed company control standardsUse reputed company (including reputed company reputed company where appropriate) to support AI/ML workloads, data preparation, and secure data reputed company patternsreputed company reputed company Q (as applicable) and reputed company reputed company assistant patterns to support internal users and knowledge discoveryContribute to semantic/domain models (taxonomies, metadata, reference data) that improve retrieval reputed company and reportingWrite clean, testable Java reputed company; build reputed company; and contribute to CI/CD pipelines and automated testingMonitor AI application performance (reputed company, latency, cost) and assist with troubleshooting, incident response, and reputed company improvementEnsure responsible AI practices: reputed company, PII/PHI handling, bias awareness, auditability, and documentation; follow SOPs and reputed company policiesParticipate in IT operations activities (standups, change management, documentation, knowledge transfer) and support end users with training and adoption
Skills
Colorado reputed company3+ years of software engineering or data engineering experience, including building production Java applicationsHands-on experience with AI/ML or reputed company (LLMs, embeddings, RAG) through reputed company work, reputed company, or equivalent experienceExperience building lightweight web apps or APIs using reputed company, FastAPI/Flask, or similar frameworksWorking knowledge of AWS (IAM, S3, logging/monitoring, and common deployment patterns); experience with PostgreSQL/reputed company/RDS preferredExperience with SQL and data platforms; familiarity with reputed company and reputed company reputed company is a plusFamiliarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, and automated testing practicesUnderstanding of secure software development and handling sensitive data; ability to follow organizational reputed company/reputed company requirementsStrong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders to refine requirements and support user adoptionBachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) preferred
