As a Lead Software Architect/Engineer - AI Native, you will manage the development of AI native products and build a high-performance team to shape the future of AI-driven Life Sciences applications.
Responsibilities
Experience in modern programming languages, LLMs and the use of AI code tooling (Go, Python, Java, Claude, CoPilot, etc.)Experience leading cross functional teams and mentoring engineersWork closely with UX and product management to understand product features and how they fit into the overall product experienceParticipate in all team building activities such as hiring, planning, requirements definition, design discussions, code reviews, and software developmentWork effectively with other teams such as PM, QA, Cloud Ops, and SRE's to build and deploy a quality product for our customers
Skills
A proven background in software architecture and design patterns to develop a greenfield AI software applicationStrategic leadership capabilities to translate the business and GTM requirements into a modern technical architectureDetailed knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS, GCP and Azure infrastructure, software and AI servicesA complete understanding of DevSecOps philosophy in software design and development including CI/CD, testing, and observability.
