Senior Consultant (Agentic AI)

IF YOU ARE • A hands-on senior architect or senior consultant with experience in designing, delivering, and scaling agentic systems • Adept at decoupling data, designing for flexibility, and reuse within enterprise environments • Capable of translating technical depth in LLMs, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration • Successful in AI-assisted delivery into measurable client value • Accustomed to working across the software development lifecycle: software building, testing, deployment, and operation • Showing a know-how of agentic systems integration with delivery pipelines and governance requirements • A professional helping teams apply agentic strategy through practical training and hands-on execution • A strong communicator with consulting and client leadership experience • A trusted advisor who helps clients and delivery teams find clarity among complexity • Comfortable leading client workshops and enablement sessions grounded in real work • Confident in translating technical system behavior and delivery implications into actionable guidance for clients and delivery teams • Known for getting it done, bridging strategy and implementation, and turning theory into measurable outcomes • A holder of Scrum experience (preferred) • Open to frequent traveling within the US; AND YOU WANT TO • Drive agentic outcomes that unlock measurable efficiency from AI in real delivery environments • Work closely with client teams and internal delivery groups to guide agentic work, align decisions, and remove ambiguity during execution • Guide organizations through AI readiness and enable agentic adoption as they scale • Contribute to the evolution of SoftServe's agentic engineering capability and AI ecosystem • Be part of a growing, visible capability focused on scaling agentic engineering; TOGETHER WE WILL • Help enterprises bridge the gap between AI goals and organizational capability • Build confidence in AI through demonstrable, repeatable results • Deliver measurable efficiency, velocity, and clarity for engineering and operations teams • Grow Intelligence Advisory as a community of experts focused on helping customers realize AI efficiency while scaling agentic engineering. This posting includes an anticipated salary range that SoftServe expects to offer for this position. The range provided reflects the base salary only. Final compensation within this range will be determined based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, relevant experience, education, certifications, skills, budget, and market conditions.The anticipated salary range for this role is 157,040 – 310,400 USD annually, in line with our internal compensation framework and budget allocation for the role. Most candidates are offered a salary within this disclosed range.
