About The Role As a Lead AI/ML Engineer within the Consumer Engineering division of the Chief Digital Office (CDO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital health platforms. This position is tailored for a high-performing engineer with a strong foundation in software development and a passion for building scalable, production-ready AI services. Your primary focus will be on the practical application of Generative AI techniques, designing end-to-end solutions that integrate seamlessly into our enterprise ecosystem. Utilizing modern data platforms and cloud-native architectures, you will help translate complex machine learning research into reliable, consumer-facing applications that enhance the lives of those we serve. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely within the U.S., with specific in-office requirements for employees in Minneapolis or Washington, D.C.
