This is a senior, hands-on Individual Contributor role for someone who is entrepreneurial, autonomous, and obsessed with solving problems end-to-end. You will build across web, integrations, data pipelines, experimentation, and embedding AI into existing user workflows. You will also support Engineering customer-facing interactions when needed (onboarding, bugs, etc.).
What you'll own
You will own the build-measure-learn engine: product analytics, rapid prototyping, experimentation, activation improvements, and fast iteration in Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Web apps. You will also strengthen the technical foundation required for business-to-business deployments.
Core responsibilities
• Improve the activation funnel end-to-end
• Implement analytics tracking across the web app, Slack, Microsoft Teams experiences, and the overall AI experience
• Define the event taxonomy (what actions are tracked), ensure data quality, and create lightweight dashboards used weekly for decision-making
• Ship measurable experiments weekly using feature flags, A/B tests, staged rollouts, and holdouts
• Build rapid prototypes and internal automations by leveraging agentic coding and no-code tools
• Build and improve third-party integrations and onboarding workflows (human resources information systems, applicant tracking systems, identity providers)
• Support customer onboarding when needed: data import, single sign-on configuration, integration setup, and troubleshooting
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Client Experience to translate pilot learnings into shipped improvements
Required tools and working style
This role requires comfort using modern agentic coding and no-code tooling to move quickly and automate repetitive work.
Required
• Use of agentic coding and no-code tools for rapid prototyping and automation, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Github Co-pilot, Linear, OpenClaw, Builder.io, Lovable, n8n, or equivalent tooling.
Must-have qualifications
• Senior full-stack engineer with 4+ years building and shipping production products
• Entrepreneurial experience required: self-starter with strong agency, autonomy, and end-to-end problem ownership
• Strong product analytics fluency: event design, funnels, cohorts, retention curves, and experiment readouts
• Hands-on experience implementing experimentation systems (feature flags, A/B testing, holdouts, staged rollouts)
• Experience building onboarding and activation flows for business software (business-to-business software)
• Strong written communication and ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment
Technical experience
Required experience
• Event-driven architectures and real-time workflows
• Third-party integrations and schema mapping, ideally with APIs such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, Greenhouse (or similar)
• Pushing versus pulling data models and the tradeoffs between them
• Retry logic, idempotency patterns, and error queues / dead-letter queues
• Real-time event pipeline features and data processing logic
• Multi-tenant stability improvements and tenant isolation
• Authentication flows (including single sign-on concepts)
• Organization chart modeling and normalization (teams, managers, reporting lines, identity matching)
Must be able to handle
• Real-time event pipeline features
• Data processing logic and transformations
• Multi-tenant stability improvements
• Authentication flows
• Organization chart modeling and normalization
