Candidates must live in EST or CST time zoneLONGTERM CONTRACT C2HUSC & H4-EAD only2 Virtual InterviewCONFIDENTIAL HEALTHCARE10+ years of experience Comm skills must be 10/10No recent or multiple LinkedInNo Jumpy resumes Need a highly experienced resource who can lead the setup and configuration of the Power BI platform, including:• Power BI Service administration and governance• Microsoft Fabric architecture and capacity management• Integration with data platforms such as Snowflake and semantic layers (e.g., Kyvos, AtScale)• Strong background in enterprise-scale reporting, modeling, and performance optimization• Expert proficiency across the Microsoft Power BI stack, including Desktop, Service, Embedded, Report Server, and Mobile.• Deep expertise in Power BI administration, governance, security, gateways, deployment pipelines, and Fabric/Premium capacity management.• Strong SQL skills for enterprise data extraction, transformation, validation, and performance optimization.• Strong BI platform migration expertise.• Experience designing executive dashboards using UX/UI, accessibility, and data storytelling best practices.• Experience with Power BI ALM, including Git integration, XMLA endpoints, PBIP, CI/CD, and deployment pipelines.• Proven success improving processes, automating reporting, and scaling analytics governance.• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights.• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure and CoPilot.• Experience with vibe coding and conversational analytics.______________Education/Experience• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or data engineering, with a significant portion focused on Power BI at enterprise scale.• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred.• Microsoft Power BI certification (e.g., PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst, DP-600: Fabric Analytics Engineer) preferred.
