This one's for you. I'm hiring for a Full Stack Engineer at a venture-backed AI startup in NYC. They build autonomous agents that run inside real enterprise systems - industrial, healthcare, construction. Already live with customers, backed by serious money, and growing fast. You'd own real pieces of the platform. End-to-end ownership across backend, APIs, agent infrastructure, and customer-facing UIs. The cool bit? You'd also be in the room with enterprise customers - running discovery, presenting architecture, embedding during rollouts. You need: • 3 to 5 years shipping production full stack code • Fluent in TypeScript on the frontend and Python on the backend with real production experience. • Something real shipped with LLMs - an agent, a RAG system, anything in production • Comfortable talking to customers, not just other engineers
