AI Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Developer to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will focus heavily on developing AI-powered applications leveraging Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, AI Search technologies, and Microsoft Copilot capabilities.The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering fundamentals with hands-on experience building generative AI, copilots, intelligent agents, and retrieval-based AI solutions for enterprise environments. This individual should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI-powered applications using Microsoft Azure AI services and modern AI frameworks • Build and optimize generative AI solutions leveraging Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry • Develop and configure enterprise AI search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search • Create and customize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions, including intelligent agents and workflows • Design secure and scalable AI architectures within Azure environments • Integrate AI capabilities into existing business applications, APIs, and enterprise systems • Develop prompt engineering strategies and optimize LLM performance for business use cases • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to define AI solution requirements • Ensure AI solutions follow governance, compliance, security, and responsible AI best practices • Troubleshoot and optimize AI application performance, scalability, and cost efficiency • Stay current on emerging Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot advancements, and industry best practices Required Qualifications • 3+ years of software development experience with at least 1–2 years focused on AI/ML or generative AI solutions • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services • Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services • Experience building AI search and RAG-based solutions using Azure AI Search • Experience developing solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft AI technologies • Strong programming experience in Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript • Experience integrating AI solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications • Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search • Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development practices • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure deployment practices • Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications • Experience with Power Platform, Dynamics 365, or Microsoft business applications • Experience building custom copilots, AI agents, or conversational AI solutions • Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar AI orchestration frameworks • Experience with AI governance, responsible AI, and enterprise security best practices • Microsoft Azure AI certifications or related cloud certifications • Consulting or client-facing experience preferred Technical Environment • Microsoft Azure • Azure AI Foundry • Azure OpenAI Service • Azure AI Search • Microsoft Copilot / Copilot Studio • Power Platform • Python / C# / JavaScript / TypeScript • REST APIs • Git / Azure DevOps
